Are you walking with us again this year? It’s that time of year again when we walk for a very important cause “Walk For Prems 19” on Sunday 27th October .
What an amazing charity “Life’s Little Treasures” is – they assist families who have sick and prematurely born babies with assistance, information, care & loving support through a very stressful time. They ensure that parents, Grandparents, siblings and family are well equiped and have easy access to critical information and community support.
While the “Walk for Prems” walk is done in several cities around Australia, there are a few country “Walks” as well. The Gippsland Walk is run by Serena, David & Thomas Arnold and their crew of family and friends. When Thomas was born at 30 weeks, Serena and David had no idea what to expect or what assistance was available to them. The Charity was founded out of a need to assist parents, just like Serena and David, to move through a very emotional and scary time in their lives. Serena & David have been running the Gippsland event now for several years, raising money and providing awareness is their way of helping others in the same situation.
